1. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to run the website and deliver the app:

•Usage and device data — basic analytics such as pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, browser or device type, and interactions, used to understand and improve the product.

•Camera input (PushBlock app) — the app uses your device camera to detect and count pushups. This is described in detail in “Camera and Motion Data” below.

•Purchase information (PushBlock app) — subscriptions are purchased and processed through Apple's App Store; we do not receive or store your payment details.

2. Camera and Motion Data

The core of PushBlock is unlocking apps by completing pushups. To count them, the app accesses your device camera while a session is active.

•Camera frames are processed on your device to detect movement and count repetitions.

•We do not upload, store, sell, or share your camera images or video. They are used in real time and discarded.

•You can revoke camera access at any time in your device settings, though the pushup unlock feature will not function without it.

3. How We Use Your Information

•To measure, maintain, secure, and improve our website and app.

•To respond to your questions and provide support.

•To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Service Providers We Share With

We share limited information with trusted providers who process it on our behalf, under their own privacy terms:

•PostHog — product analytics.

•Apple — app distribution and in-app purchases via the App Store.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we are required to retain it (for example, records of a completed purchase).

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

PushBlock is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to those countries.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
