1. The Service

PushBlock is an app that blocks other apps you choose until you complete a pushup, which the app counts using your device camera. Features, availability, and pricing may change as the product evolves.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

PushBlock offers a free trial and a subscription for full blocking features, purchased and billed through Apple’s App Store.

•Prices are shown before you pay and may include applicable taxes.

•Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, managed through your Apple ID account settings.

•You are responsible for any charges incurred under your account.

4. Refunds

All purchases are made through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We are not able to issue refunds directly.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

PushBlock encourages physical activity (pushups). It is not a medical or fitness professional and does not provide medical advice.

You are solely responsible for exercising safely and within your own physical limits. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise routine, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use the pushup features at your own risk.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

•Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

•Attempt to bypass, disable, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app’s blocking or counting features except as permitted by law.

•Access the Services using automated means in a way that harms or overloads them.

•Infringe the rights of others or misuse another person’s account.

7. Intellectual Property

PushBlock, its logo, software, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time, and you may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that app-blocking will be effective in every circumstance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PushBlock and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or physical injury, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where PushBlock operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
